A USAF veteran, he received an Associates Art in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He then worked in the Washington, DC, area, working for Booz Allen and Hamilton, IBM, UNISYS, and DSDJ, Inc, receiving accolades for each company and earning a reputation for his professionalism and ability to convey complex information clearly with his graphics and drawings.  Potts started CAP & Associates in 2008, continuing to use his talent in developing award winning proposals for corporations and government entities.
